At Ron Fields Nutrition Ltd, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you have received, please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it;
- It must be in the original packaging;
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products, unless the item is faulty.
- How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photographs of the product, if it was damaged or incorrect
We will review your request and respond within 2 working days with instructions on how to return the item.
Please do not return any products without contacting us first, as this may delay or void your refund.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product was sent in error or is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and issued via the original payment method.
- Refunds will cover the cost of the returned product(s) only; original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
- Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:
- Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photographs of the damage or defect.
- We will offer a replacement, refund, or alternative solution depending on the nature of the issue.
- Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products (unless faulty);
- Products returned after 14 days of delivery;
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
